Rent, spread evenly
Enter your yearly rent and how you pay it. MoneyBook works out the dates and sets aside the same share every month.
Rent, spread evenly.
MoneyBook works out the payment dates, counts earlier ones as paid and keeps the monthly share out of your daily number.
Monthly, or 6, 4, 3, 2 or 1 payments a year.
A big cheque never wrecks one month's budget.
What's paid, what's next and when.
How the rent space works
Rent is a special category with its own space. Enter the yearly rent, how you pay it (every month, or 6, 4, 3, 2 or 1 payments a year), when your lease started and how many payments are left. MoneyBook works out the payment dates and counts the earlier ones as paid.
The rent is then set aside from your income evenly every month, like any other fixed bill. So if you pay AED 60,000 in four cheques, your daily number already accounts for AED 5,000 a month, and the cheque month feels like any other.
Your lease in one place
The rent space shows your lease at a glance: what's paid, the next payment and its date, and every rent payment you've made over the last 12 months. Rent you mark as paid, or add as an expense, shows up there. Find it in Settings: tap Go to spaces, then Rent.
Reminders for each cheque
Each payment works like a fixed bill: a reminder on the day, and it's logged when you mark it paid. There's also a small Rent widget that shows your next rent payment on the Home Screen.
